Jessie Gaunce, an account manager at Bad Rhino, describes the website process at Bad Rhino. First, the client will go through a consultation where the team gets to know more about the client, their business, and their website goals. From there, a plan is constructed and their website will be designed based off of their criteria. During the design process, everything is put together and sent off to the client so that they are able to review and adjust what they want.
The process is extremely thorough because client’s happiness with their website is a priority at Bad Rhino. The website is tested on every possible browser, all of the content is checked for proper grammar, as well as everything on the backend. Then it is re-confirmed that the client approves of the design before it finally goes live. From there, the team at Bad Rhino ensures that the website is going to be properly maintained before handing it off. Although the website is handed off, it is made clear to the client that we want to continue to have a working relationship where we are open to answering any inquiries or issues that may pop up later.
